Derek Lines, D.D.S.

Derek Lines was born and raised in Albuquerque New Mexico. He attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a BA in Philosophy. He received his doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Southern California. Dr. Lines then served in the US Navy as a dental officer. He served in a number of different stations including overseas duty in Japan. After finishing his Navy duty, Dr. Lines was thrilled to return to his native New Mexico to continue dental practice.

Dr. Lines is a member of numerous professional societies, including the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. He has received many awards and honors including the prestigious Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. He was also recently recognized by his peers in a local magazine as one of the top dentists in Albuquerque.

Dr. Lines loves coming to work everyday and can usually be seen around the office with a grin on his face. He is married to his college sweetheart, Kristine, and they have five children. His hobbies include traveling, reading, and sports. Dr. Lines is motivated by his faith, his love of family, and his desire for everyone to have a health and happy smile.
